Return, Refund, Replacement, and Repair
30-Day Return & Refund:
- Unopened Products: Unopened items bought directly from shop.sjcam.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
- Opened Products: Opened items can also be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Damaged, abused, or incomplete products are non-refundable.

30-Day Replacement of Defective Products:
Request Replacement Service for defective products purchased from shop.sjcam.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the products. If the product meets replacement service requirements, the warranty period of the replacement product will be recalculated.
Repair or Replacement within Warranty Period:
Beyond the 30-day replacement period, defective products from shop.sjcam.com can be returned for repair or replacement if the warranty period has not expired. Conditions Where Return & Refund, and Replacement Services Will Not Be Provided:
- Lack of legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice.
- Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors.
- Returned product lacking original accessories, attachments, or packaging.
- Non-delivery to IN.SJCAM within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation.
- Incomplete submission of products for Return & Refund and Replacement Services.
- Lack of proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier, and the package was not rejected during sign for.
- Fault or damage due to non-manufacturing factors, unauthorized use or modification, exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies, or improper installation or operation not in accordance with official instructions.
