Shipping Policy


Shipping Destinations:
We exclusively ship products from in.sjcam.com in India through our official website. Please note that shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses are not possible.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary based on the recipient’s location, parcel size, and weight. The specific amount will be indicated during checkout after providing shipping information. Some locations may qualify for FREE Standard International/First-Class International shipping for orders over a certain amount.

Shipment Processing Time:
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days. The delivery time may range from 4 to 10 business days. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and we appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the real-time status of your parcel.


Delivery Address:
You can have your order delivered to an address other than your home address. Log in to your account to check your order status. Note that customers paying via PayPal cannot change their address for security reasons.

Rejected or Returned Packages:
If a package is rejected or returned due to inaccurate information, in.sjcam reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and deduct a certain amount for return-related costs from the refund.

Inspection upon Delivery:
Inspect the received package and its contents upon delivery. Do not sign the delivery manifest until you've verified the correct model, operable condition, and absence of damage. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within five business days of receipt.

Handling Damaged or Missing Items:
For damaged items, retain the original shipping carton and contact us immediately. Claims for missing items must be reported within five business days. Provide relevant proof such as photos or unboxing videos when reporting issues.

Backordered Items:
In case of backordered items, we'll notify you and keep the order open unless instructed otherwise. We cannot ship international orders with backordered items due to high costs. Contact us if you wish to cancel or modify backordered items.


Handling Post-Delivery Issues:
If you notice package damage upon self-signing, reject the package and contact us at indiasjcam@gmail.com. Inspect the package and product after receiving it. For post-delivery problems, report within three business days with relevant proof to indiasjcam@gmail.com.
